Quetzacoatl es mi Alebrije

 Hey hows it goin!? 

This week was a good week, as always. 
We had a really good fun week this week it was nice. One of our amazing friends gave us a couple gifts from mexico this week, including mi alebrije. Alebrije is a spiritual guide in the culture of mexico, everyone has one. Look it up if you dont know what it is. I got my alebrije this week and its Quetzacoatl or in other words, the Great White Serpent. Its the indiginous image of Jesus Christ who is the Great White Serpent. Thats my spirit guide. Picture down below. This amazing member also gave us huaraches which are mexican sandal shoes and they are awesome! They are my new church shoes haha. Im super grateful for this member and her children they are all amazing. 


We had some exchanges this week and i got to go with Elder Kirk and Elder Winterton and we had a great time! It is good to be around both of those elders. It was mine and elder Kirks First exchange and he came out with me so it was great! We got a few new people to church as well and Im working on growing my faith in Jesus Christ so things are going good. We should be getting a new apartment soon so I will update you on that later. The exchange with Elder Winterton was great too and we got to talk to lots of people in mixteco so that was fun.

Had Interviews with President carter and we basically talked about my area the entire time and what to do with it. It was a good time and my last interview with him as we are getting a new mission President soon. Got to see another baptism of 2 great friends Rosi and Luis. I got to be one of the witnesses for both and participated in the Confirmation. What another amazing experience. Super grateful for God and the spirit He gives us.

  Hey!  Hows it going???  This week was a good week, as always. This week was actually really interesting to say the least haha. Had its ups and downs and some weird intereactions. BUT... We got transfers news!! I was informed that I will be Staying!! I will be getting a new companion as well named Elder Nunley! Funny thing is that Elder Nunley was companions with Elder Nelson, (who I trained), in the Mtc! Elder Nunley was also trained by Elder Larsen who was in the trio with me in my first companionship!! Elder Larsen is for real the best so I am excited to get his trainee. We have transfers  this tuesday  so I will let you know next week what is up. I was also asked to be the Spanish Elder Training Leader. I will miss Elder Krenkel for sure. We really enjoyed the area together. Elder Krenkel is actually going to Camarillo where I just was! Christmas!!

  Hey everyone!!! Excuse my punctuation and grammar this email because I am typing on my phone and it doesn't function sometimes soooooo haha. This week, super busy once again because you know me and my companion!!! Super good week packed of work. Ill start with some of our friends. Angel and Isabella they went to their dads house in san diego so we could not put them on date but we still are close. We took a hit this week because lots of people are leaving for christmas. Ramon is leaving the 5th as you know and not coming back for a month which sucks but it's ok. Transfers are really really close too. This is the last week of the transfer. Yea crazy I know. So i might move and get a new companion but i hope i stay with Elder Skinner. We are working really hard and have found some awesome people this week.   We did service for a hoarder today and oh boy was that rough haha. Stuff everywhere and dust and oh my gosh so bad.   Hey!  Hows it going?? This week was a good week, as always We got a lot done and a lot happened this week again. I will jump into it and talk about Gabriela. She finally got out of Quarantine, like I think I mentioned last time, and we called and set up a visit! The next day we got fellowship figured out for her and did our best to work through the rule of 3 and driving and availability. We were going to give her a church tour, even though it would have been a little weird because we meet in the tiny room in the back ahah. We set everything up... and she got hospitalized again. She had problems with her stomach and she got hospitalized. I don't know what is going on.  Miracle came out of that... kind of. A member was able to bring their family some food again so that was awesome. We also got a call from the mission office saying that Elder Nelly had a package he needed to get from the mission office because it was his birthday!! So since the visit fell we were able...
