First Baptism!

 Hey everyone!! it is good to be writing once again! This week was good as always. This week a lot of crazy things happened actually but the most exciting thing is that... WE BAPTIZED ANGLE AND ISABELLA!!! We had their service on Thursday and boy oh boy it was cool. We got everything set up and I baptized Angel and my companion baptized Isabella, then I confirmed Isabella and he confirmed Angel. Super good feeling oh my goodness and super amazing to get it done finally. They invited us to dinner over to their house after as well and we had mole which was really good. We didnt get to do as much as we usually do of finding people and stuff because we had the baptism, also our branch president was super picky this time too and we had some struggles with that but we got it done and man it felt good. 


All of our friends are still progressing really well. We didn't lose anyone and didn't pick anyone new up. some people here and there of course but no one near the top right now. This last week too because it was my birthday, was really good. I teach an English class and the people that attend threw me a birthday party!! also my district threw me a party as well!! shout out to Hermana Griffin for doing it!! super cool and super fun. I love this district a lot. We all get along super well and have so much fun and I feel like we are killing it. Everyone in our district has someone on date except 1 companionship but it is ok because we have a couple to make up for it. 

We had some crazy experiences this week though, we went to this house as a follow up appointment and they weren't there and we remembered they had friends in the same complex so we went over and he was there with her daughter jazmin but jazmins uncle was talking to us saying that he is cahtolic and saying that he didn't want anything but we shared a scripture and he let us in. he went to the back and changed his shirt and then came back out and grabbed jazmin and said that she can see christ. She focused and closed her eyes and then he did some stuff and then she started telling us what he was wearing. Dhe found us in heaven and told us what we were wearing and it was weird. He told us to ask questions and we did but Jazmin is so young we didn't dare ask anything complicated so we asked for the most important commandment and stuff. She ended up telling me that I need to be nicer to others and that I need to read the bible. Super weird and just a weird sad experience because she is so little.

last week as well when we were shopping for all of our food, and a lady came up and gave us 20 dollars!! The cool thing was that we were low on money because the transactions were all messed up so that was rough. But blessing from God we got it all. It was actually really cool to see the lord's hand like that. She probably overheard us talking about it but still, you never know what you can do for something. Sometimes you don't see the problem and are prompted to do something, but other times, like this time, you see the problem and can choose to act. Yet it is still from the Spirit. I invite you to act on all promptings of the Spirit

  Hey!  Hows it going???  This week was a good week, as always. This week was actually really interesting to say the least haha. Had its ups and downs and some weird intereactions. BUT... We got transfers news!! I was informed that I will be Staying!! I will be getting a new companion as well named Elder Nunley! Funny thing is that Elder Nunley was companions with Elder Nelson, (who I trained), in the Mtc! Elder Nunley was also trained by Elder Larsen who was in the trio with me in my first companionship!! Elder Larsen is for real the best so I am excited to get his trainee. We have transfers  this tuesday  so I will let you know next week what is up. I was also asked to be the Spanish Elder Training Leader. I will miss Elder Krenkel for sure. We really enjoyed the area together. Elder Krenkel is actually going to Camarillo where I just was! Christmas!!

  Hey everyone!!! Excuse my punctuation and grammar this email because I am typing on my phone and it doesn't function sometimes soooooo haha. This week, super busy once again because you know me and my companion!!! Super good week packed of work. Ill start with some of our friends. Angel and Isabella they went to their dads house in san diego so we could not put them on date but we still are close. We took a hit this week because lots of people are leaving for christmas. Ramon is leaving the 5th as you know and not coming back for a month which sucks but it's ok. Transfers are really really close too. This is the last week of the transfer. Yea crazy I know. So i might move and get a new companion but i hope i stay with Elder Skinner. We are working really hard and have found some awesome people this week.   We did service for a hoarder today and oh boy was that rough haha. Stuff everywhere and dust and oh my gosh so bad.   Hey!  Hows it going?? This week was a good week, as always We got a lot done and a lot happened this week again. I will jump into it and talk about Gabriela. She finally got out of Quarantine, like I think I mentioned last time, and we called and set up a visit! The next day we got fellowship figured out for her and did our best to work through the rule of 3 and driving and availability. We were going to give her a church tour, even though it would have been a little weird because we meet in the tiny room in the back ahah. We set everything up... and she got hospitalized again. She had problems with her stomach and she got hospitalized. I don't know what is going on.  Miracle came out of that... kind of. A member was able to bring their family some food again so that was awesome. We also got a call from the mission office saying that Elder Nelly had a package he needed to get from the mission office because it was his birthday!! So since the visit fell we were able...
