MTC Final week 9-29-21

 I am so ready to leave this place haha. I think my spanish peaked here probably the second week which is awesome but sad at the same time. Of course I learned more Spanish here but my speaking abilities are super low and everytime I ask a question they tell me I will learn it on a mission haha. Mtc is still going good though no doubts. I received an email with my travel plans a couple days ago, we have a layover in vegas then we go to Cali.


This week was much of the same old stuff, I got sick this week and missed a morning class but I am already feeling much better. It is just congestion for sure. Me and my district are probably going to go to the temple today again and then after that, I don't think we have anything for the rest of the pday which will be really nice. My days are starting to become more packed and busy as I continue on. 


A sister in my district got tested for covid and she is now quarintened. I am not familiar with what happens if she tests positive. I leave this monday so that kind of sucks. This Elder in my district also cut his finger pretty bad and I took him to the nurse. That was the extent of the excitement. We lost the other 2 districts in our zone. It is just us now. I have seen 4 groups come and go. Really crazy. We get one more district today but only get them until I leave haha. 


Anyways short email. I hope you guys are doing great and I love you all!!

  Hey!  Hows it going???  This week was a good week, as always. This week was actually really interesting to say the least haha. Had its ups and downs and some weird intereactions. BUT... We got transfers news!! I was informed that I will be Staying!! I will be getting a new companion as well named Elder Nunley! Funny thing is that Elder Nunley was companions with Elder Nelson, (who I trained), in the Mtc! Elder Nunley was also trained by Elder Larsen who was in the trio with me in my first companionship!! Elder Larsen is for real the best so I am excited to get his trainee. We have transfers  this tuesday  so I will let you know next week what is up. I was also asked to be the Spanish Elder Training Leader. I will miss Elder Krenkel for sure. We really enjoyed the area together. Elder Krenkel is actually going to Camarillo where I just was! Christmas!!

  Hey everyone!!! Excuse my punctuation and grammar this email because I am typing on my phone and it doesn't function sometimes soooooo haha. This week, super busy once again because you know me and my companion!!! Super good week packed of work. Ill start with some of our friends. Angel and Isabella they went to their dads house in san diego so we could not put them on date but we still are close. We took a hit this week because lots of people are leaving for christmas. Ramon is leaving the 5th as you know and not coming back for a month which sucks but it's ok. Transfers are really really close too. This is the last week of the transfer. Yea crazy I know. So i might move and get a new companion but i hope i stay with Elder Skinner. We are working really hard and have found some awesome people this week.   We did service for a hoarder today and oh boy was that rough haha. Stuff everywhere and dust and oh my gosh so bad.   Hey!  Hows it going?? This week was a good week, as always We got a lot done and a lot happened this week again. I will jump into it and talk about Gabriela. She finally got out of Quarantine, like I think I mentioned last time, and we called and set up a visit! The next day we got fellowship figured out for her and did our best to work through the rule of 3 and driving and availability. We were going to give her a church tour, even though it would have been a little weird because we meet in the tiny room in the back ahah. We set everything up... and she got hospitalized again. She had problems with her stomach and she got hospitalized. I don't know what is going on.  Miracle came out of that... kind of. A member was able to bring their family some food again so that was awesome. We also got a call from the mission office saying that Elder Nelly had a package he needed to get from the mission office because it was his birthday!! So since the visit fell we were able...
