Hace calor no???

 Hey!! Hows it going??

This week was so much fun so buckle up it might be long but I will try and make it short

This week we saw miracle after miracle after miracle after miracle. I'm pretty sure it does not matter what I do here, the Lords work will continue. I will start off with sports night. I really need to take more pictures because I love it here. We played an amazing game of volleyball and on my team, I got them to bump, set, and spike a ton! I loved it so much I was literally hitting straight down it was so fun haha. I felt bad so I eased up dont worry.

I will jump into a long list of friends we are teaching right now. First we still have Lucky and her son Adrian. They both came to church and Lucky is seriously loving having us around. We always joke with her and she wants to come to like every activity. She is still a little timid on things but she told us that she just needs time. She loves the church and wants her son to grow up in it soooo i am really excited. She came to a Gospel principles class we have every Sunday night at 7 for new converts. Next we have Kervin. He is in his 20s and lives with a member named milner. They are part of the Banda!! He came to church and also to other classes and activities we have with the branch. He came to Gospel principles as well. He also was taken to the temple by our carnalito Milner and Milner did baptisms while Kervin and a couple other people chilled in the visitor center. So cool. Next we have Jimmy, he is the friend that we are teaching who is basically a dry member. Comes to church every week, has visits with us, loves the church, knows it's true so we are ready when he is. He mentioned to us that some things with his family are happening and that's why he is waiting to be baptized. Pray for him.

We have another friend named Fernando and he is so cool. From Mexico City which is so cool because I would say he is our most progressing and he is from where my brother served. I have met others from Mexico City but what is Unique about him, is that he is currently seeking revelation for a baptism date!! What was really cool is that Jimmy Kervin, Fernando, and Lucky all had questions about Baptism. It just so happened that all came to the Gospel Principles, class with the strongest new converts in the branch, and we talked about... Baptism!

Next we have Mirian, and I want to tell a story about her as well. We planned our lesson with her trying some big transitional jumps trying to commit her to church. Needless to say, With a huge hope we went in wanting to start about faith, and go from there. Sat down meeting her for the first time and asked her what she remembered and such, the only thing she said was faith haha! We commenced and I was trying so hard to bring the spirit and transition from one thing to the next but I didn't have to do a thing. We started talking about commandments and how we show our faith. I asked her how she could show her faith more, and she replied... Going to church. I about died haha and we promised we would help her achieve her goal. She came to church this week! That was not my doing. She has already been to church now quite a lot and is progressing really well.

I don't want to overload on our top progressors haha but we found a couple more elect people. Francisco who broke his spine about 2 months ago, and we are now teaching in his recovery home. We also met Cristian who is really cool! I will stop there so I don't bore you haha. We are literally teaching so many people but those are the ones right now that we see with the most progression.

I will go on a little change here and tell something I want to remember and was really cool. I made a game and called it Chonker ball back when I was in Santa Paula. With everyone that was there, the game has now spread throughout the entire mission and no one knows I made it haha but everyone loves it! The other thing I thought was cool was that about 4 weeks ago or so. I made a comment while President Brag was doing our mission tour about how to have the Holy Ghost, I won't repeat it but the President of our mission made it the missionary email for the week and then I heard it quoted in a few councils! It is pretty cool to hear "my" influence on the mission!

I had a cool experience this week too and I am now the permanent translator for sacrament meeting between English and Spanish haha. Super hard but super fun.

This week on
WhAt wE CooKInG??
First on the list we have, homemade sweet chicken enchiladas, yes very similar to the other chicken enchiladas a while ago but these ones were better haha. Also made differently.
Second, we have a delux homemade nacho cheese soft taco. Made with beans Mexican rice, meat and drizzled in slowly melted nacho cheese.
Next we have another casserole! haha Im running out of ideas and time as well but I do the best

Sorry for the huge email. Thank you all for your love and support I will see you all next week!!
