Same old

 Hey!! Hows it goin??

This week was a good week as always. We did a lot of the same old stuff as missionaries do. This area is 10x more safe and calm as my last area though let me tell you. I wont have too many crazy stories for a few transfers so sorry everyone. The work here though is good!! 

We have called every single person in our area book and we have knock more than 1/2 of the people we have in it as well! It is a straight grind. We have taught a lot of lessons and there are some people who really seem to have interest!! Still filtering through many but that's the work.  

This week we didn't do too much. We had lots of meetings because they came out with a new adjustment program for new missionaries that we are trying out in our mission. So we had lots of meetings and we also had general conference so it was a meeting week. We also had some new missionary follow up training. But, the work still continued and we had lots of visits!! We found some people really interested with lots of questions and we are really excited to be here. We ran into a couple of pretty funny people but I will be frank and tell you all that we probably shouldn't discuss it because there was a couple inappropriate parts haha. Life of a missionary!! 

We are teaching Lourdes tonight again so that should be very fun!! She fed us last time and it was so cool!! She is super nice and her whole family has interest. Got some others who we are excited for so this area is doing good!!

My thoughts this week are definitely on General Conference. Please go back and watch it. My favorite talk was definitely President Oaks. He talked about the plan of salvation and everything is governed by eternal law. He told us each kingdom of glory has a law we must live by, and that is how I teach the plan as well. Once we understand that, rules become requirements. He is very bold so if you get offended then don't watch his talk. He speaks truth. But there were some fantastic talks and I have a testimony that we do have a prophet who lives on the earth today. He leads and guides us and you can tell he knows that he is not in charge. This is Christ's church. Not his and he knows it. If you weren't able to watch it, I would watch the prophet speak. He is the mouthpiece of the lord.
